A Guide to the Rezium Factions

In the 24th century, humanity is spreading across the Milky Way. At the highest level, the galaxy is governed by the United Stellar Federation (USF). Born out of the ashes of a devastating post-war era, the USF serves as the galaxy's primary political system.
Headed by a Supreme Chancellor and a Senate of leaders who each represent one sector, the USF's purpose is to maintain order, secure trade lanes, and, most importantly, unite the often-fractious human race against the unknown threats lurking in the void of deep space. Its Senate in Nova Ares on Mars is the stage, where policy is forged and contracts are assigned to the faction leaders who must execute the will of the Federation.
At the heart of the Rezium universe are three dominant factions, each driven by a unique philosophy.
First, there is Roqore Offworld. Its roots trace back to the rugged, resourceful mining corporations from the southern hemisphere of old Earth. They are the survivors and pioneers who mastered extraction and construction in the most hostile environments. Their legacy is etched into their territories, from the great quarries of Mars's Olympus Mons to the moon of Deimos.
Roqore Offworld's members are defined by their resilience, ingenuity, and a hard-earned respect for the resources that fuel their very existence. The large corporations aligned with Roqore form the backbone of the USF's industry, providing the raw materials and extraction equipment that fuels further expansion into the galaxy.
Then there is Saryon State, a faction born from a military tradition. Originating from North America and controlling vast swathes of Earth and the space station Prominence orbiting Jupiter, Saryon is a power to be reckoned with. Their formidable military and advanced weapons technology make them the primary enforcers of order in the USF, but their true strength lies in their discipline and unyielding resolve.
The Saryon State believes that order comes from strength, and they are constantly training and refining their forces to meet any threat, whether it comes from within or beyond.
Finally, we have Zaikov Industrials, a faction that proves that knowledge is the ultimate weapon. With origins in the heartlands of Russia, China and Japan, Zaikov is the undisputed leader in scientific space research and advanced technology. They are the ones who push the boundaries of what is possible, developing space travel technology that give the USF its technological edge.
Zaikov's members are driven by discovery, seeing the galaxy not just as a battleground but as an infinite laboratory. Their inventions are the keystones of humanity's progress, but their pursuit of knowledge sometimes leads them down paths others are too afraid to tread.
The stage is set. As the story unfolds, the choices made by these factions, and the leaders who guide them, will shape the galaxy. The question remains: which faction will you join?
